This study attempts to discover the influencing factors on the employment outcomes of college graduates in food service management program. In this study, the hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed in order to identify the effects of the three contextual factors such as personal, educational, and employment factors on the initial employment outcomes of college graduates in food service management program who have graduated in the last five years. As the results, firstly, the variables such as family career support, household economic status, and fathers' academic background have positive effects on the employment outcomes in personal factors. Secondly, the variables such as degree program satisfaction, certification of professional achievement, college career support program, and college major have positive impacts in educational factors. Finally, the variables such as experience of the career support program, types of employment, and turnover experience have positive effects in factors influencing employment.
